Blueberry Cake: Submitted by: Edwin Cook | Date Added: 14 Aug 2010 Ingredients:

1 - Butter cake mix

1 - 20oz crushed pineapple in juice

1 - 21 oz blueberry pie filling

1 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup butter - melted

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Pour pineapple and juice evenly in bottom of 9 X 13 pan.

3. Spoon pie filling on pineapple.

4. Sprinkle dry cake mix and level with fork.

5. Add Pecans over cake mix.

6. Drizzle with melted butter.

7. Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
