Peach Cobbler: Submitted by: Ed Cook | Date Added: 1 Aug 2011 Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
3 cups Cut up Peaches, fresh, frozen, or canned
Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
3. Mix Bisquick, sugar, and milk. Pour over melted butter.
4. Spoon peaches over. If using canned peaches, pour on some of the juice also.
5. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
6. Serve warm or cold with Ice Cream.
