Neville's Sausage Meatloaf

Neville's Sausage Meatloaf: Submitted by: Edwin Cook | Date Added: 16 Nov 2011 Ingredients:

1 lb sausage
1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 egg

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In medium bowl, add sausage, cheese, oatmeal, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion and egg.
3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
4. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9 X 4 loaf pan.
5. Spread remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on top.
6. Bake 60 - 70 minutes or until done.
