Chicken Fajita Marinade: Submitted by: Lauren Jones | Date Added: 2 Jun 2012 Ingredients:

1 cup lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
5-6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Taste and add more spices if necessary
2. Pour into a gallon size freezer bag
3. Add chicken breasts (it’s ok if they’re frozen)
4. Seal bag and put it in the fridge to marinade (preferably) overnight
5. Pour contents of gallon freezer bag onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil or in a huge glass baking dish
6. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 35 minutes
7. Shred chicken and make fajitas
