1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
3/4 cup Salsa of your choice, divided
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
6 Hamburger Buns
6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine ground beef, 1/4 cup salsa, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
2. Form into 6 equal patties.
3. Grill over medium high heat, approx. 7 minutes per side.
4. At the end of cooking time, place 1 slice of cheese on each patty until melted.
5. Serve on toasted buns with salsa and toppings of your choice.
