Mix of Neville's Hot and Mild Italian Sausage, at least one sausage per guest.
Medium size white cap mushrooms, at least 4-5 per guest
Equal amounts of your favorite red box wine and BBQ sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Boil the sausages to get the fat out. Drain and let cool. When cool enough to handle cut into bite-sized pieces, about 5 per link. Then clean the mushrooms with cold water and trim stems if needed. Now, place the sausage and mushrooms into a roaster/slow cooker. The large white ones. Now cover with the wine and BBQ sauce and set to 200* and let it cook overnight. This will be the dish that every one will want you to bring to the next family get-together. Enjoy
