Round Steak Casserole: Submitted by: Edwin J. Cook | Date Added: 21 Oct 2012 Ingredients:

6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 round steak

Cooking Instructions:

Flour and brown round steak. Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan and put potatoes in the bottom of pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Dot with butter. Mix 1 can of mushroom soup with the 1/2 cup milk. Pour over potatoes. Place the browned round steak on top of the potatoes and pour the can of broccoli cheese soup on top of the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy with a fresh load of baked bread.
