1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 15oz can Pure Pumpkin Puree
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1-2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla
1. Cream together softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar and the vanilla and blend together well. Blend in the remaining powdered sugar.
3. This is the best if it rests for an hour or two. Serve with gingersnap cookies, apples, or graham crackers.
