2# venison - cubed
4 medium size potatoes - cubed
1 can green beans
2 carrots cut into chunks
1 onion chopped
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Cooking Instructions:

Brown venison in oil in a skillet.

Transfer meat to stew pot along with the other ingredients, cover with water - just enough to cover ingredients and simmer over low heat 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
