1# bulk venison sausage
1 medium size chopped onion
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 carrots grated
1 8 oz play curly egg noodles
1 - 15oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Brown sausage in oil, then stir in onion and worcestershire sauce. When the mixture begins to bubble, add garlic. Then turn off heat. Cook noodles according to package instructions, and drain water off noodles. Add noodles to venison mixture and stir well. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake ate 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer.
