1# venison burger
2 - 4oz can green chilies
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup milk
1# cheddar cheese - grated

Cooking Instructions:

Brown burger. In bottom of casserole dish add 1 can chilies in a layer, then a thin layer of burger, then a thin layer of cheese. Then repeat layers.

In a bowl blend eggs, flour, salt and milk, pour mixture over top of the layers in the casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until custard like topping forms.
