1# venison burger or venison sausage
1 medium size onion - chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 - 16oz can baked beans
1 - 8oz package elbow macaroni
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese - grated

Cooking Instructions:

Brown burger or sausage, then add onion and pepper and continue cooking on low heat until tender. Stir in beans, macaroni, salt and tomato juice and mix thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
