1 pkg. Fresh Spinach
6 Slices of cooked crumbled bacon
3 hard-boiled eggs - grated
1/2 red onion - sliced thin
1 cup of fresh mushrooms - sliced
Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil 1/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar 2 tbs. worchestershire sauce
1/2 small onion
Mix well in blender
Layer spinach, onion, bacon, egg, and mushroom in large bowl.
Add dressing sparingly.
Serve with extra dressing.
*Can also add water chestnuts, black sliced olives and bamboo shoots.
