1 1/2lbs ground beef
1/2 lb chorizo
2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 thick slices swiss cheese
buns
lettuce
mayo
1. In a large bowl mix beef, worchestershire and ground chorizo.
2. Shape into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place on a medium hot grill, they need 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
4. After you turned it, add the cheese.
5. Serve the burger with lettuce, bun and mayo!
