2 tablespoons olive oil
2 ounces ham, cut into thin sticks (I diced mine)
2 ounces salami, cut into thin sticks (I diced mine)
1/2 cup olive salad (purchase at Neville's store)
2 cups penne pasta, cooked
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

1. Saute ham and salami in olive oil just until it starts to brown slightly.
2. Add olive salad and cooked pasta, sauté until penne is hot.
3. Sprinkle with parmesan, provolone and parsley.
4. Enjoy!
