1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted

1 (23-ounce) bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled

Cooking Instructions:

Combine apple juice concentrate and mineral water, stirring gently. Serve immediately over crushed ice.

Yield: 4 1/2 cups
