4 cups of milk (or 2 cups of half and half for a thicker, creamer version)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz white chocolate chips
food coloring (to your liking)
toppings (whipped cream, marshmallows, sprinkles)

Cooking Instructions:

Add milk, half and half (if using), vanilla extract and white chocolate chips into a medium sauce pan on medium heat.

Stir occasionally until heated to your desired temperature. Do not allow the mixture to reach a boil!! Add food color (I added about 3-4 drops). Serve, add desired toppings and enjoy!
