1 beef heart (about 1lb)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 an onion, sliced
1. Prepare beef heart by trimming fat, and dicing into 1" cubes.
2. Toss into slow cooker, and sprinkle with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Stir to coat beef cubes.
3. Top with sliced onions.
4. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve over steamed rice.
