Crock Pot Pork Stuffing Casserole: Submitted by: Wendy R Cook | Date Added: 17 Mar 2019 Ingredients:

1-2lbs pork loin cubed
6oz box Stove Top Stuffing (any brand will work)
1.5 cups chicken broth
10.75oz cream of mushroom soup
1oz pork gravy mix

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine broth and stuffing mix and set aside.
2. Put cubed pork, soup and mix in a 4quart crock pot and stir well.
3. Top with stuffing after all broth is absorbed.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, turning halfway through if your crock pot doesn't cook evenly.
