2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 cups of chopped dill pickles
thousand island dressing (look for 4g or carbs or lower)
2 cups shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Cook ground beef and onion until well cooked and set aside. Wash and chop head lettuce and place in a large mixing bowl.
Spread meat evenly and spread out over the lettuce. Sprinkle pickles and cheese and top with about 2 tablespoons of thousand island dressing. Serve immediately.

**I mixed everything together in the bowl and sprinkled sesame seeds over the salad**
