ROASTED ASPARAGUS: Date Added: 31 Oct 2009 Ingredients:

1 lb of fresh Asparagus
2-3 Tbsp extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Trim off dry ends of asparagus

Place asparagus in oven proof dish and toss with olive oil until all asparagus is coated.

Roast in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm.
