#1 Ground Beef
1- large onion - dice
1- 15oz pinto beans-drained
1- 15oz can kidney beans-drained
1- 15oz can whole kernel corn-drained
1- 14oz can stewed tomatoes
1- 14oz rotel
1- 2oz can sliced black olives
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1- 12oz can tomato juice or V-8

Optional:
Corn chips
shredded cheese
sour cream
sliced jalapenos

Cooking Instructions:

Brown ground beef and onions in skillet

Transfer to large slow cooker

Add beans, corn, tomatoes, rotel, olives and both seasoning packets.

Cook at medium for 3 hours.

Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced jalapenos.
