2 lbs uncooked ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 poblano peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoon butter
6 slices of cheese of your choice
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat grill.
2. Combine well the meat, egg, onion, liquid smoke, sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Form into 6 patties and grill until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile in a skillet on your stovetop, sauté poblanos in butter until tnder and slightly charred.
5. Top burgers with cheese and peppers and serve with quacamole and other burger fixin's.
