1/4 C butter
1/2 C chopped onions
1/3 C Sugar Free Syrup
1 1/4 C V-8 Juice
1 1/4 C ketchup
2 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
2 TBSP Dry Mustard
2 TBSP Paprika
3 to 4 pounds Spare ribs cut in 3 rib sections
Saute onions in butter
Add remaining ingredients
Simmer 30 minutes, sauce will thicken some
Boil Ribs for 5 minutes and pat dry.
Put ribs in a roaster and cover with the sauce.
Cover and cook in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, or until ribs are done and tender.
This sauce does not get super thick.
Sauce can also be used for brushing on meat while barbecuing or a pasta sauce, meat loaf, Chicken or meatballs.
