32 oz block of Velveeta-cubed
15 oz jar Mild Chi-Chi's Salsa (or your choice of salsa)
1 lb sausage - browned and drained
4 oz cream cheese - soft
1/4 cup Heavy cream (or milk)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth.
2. Enjoy with chips!
