1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
1 cup cook rice (white or brown)
1 cup salsa (of your choice)
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese

Cooking Instructions:

1. Stir first 4 ingredients together. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese.

2. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
