1 1/2 - 2 cleaned smoked fish
16 oz French onion chip dip
8 oz softened cream cheese
6-8 drops of Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon real mayonnaise (optional)
1. Break up fish into small pieces so you avoid any bones.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
3. After mixed well - if you find a few bones, please remove.
4. Keep refrigerated any may freeze but best fresh and use within 1 week.
5. Serve with crackers.
