3-4 lbs Flat Iron Steak
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
20 oz diced tomatoes with chilies
taco shells
favorite taco toppings

Cooking Instructions:

1. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
2. Put your steak in the bottom of your crock pot.
3. Mix together your seasonings and sprinkle on top of your steak.
4. Place your tomatoes around your steak.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
6. Place your steak in a large bowl and shred with two forks.
7. Put your shredded steak back in your crock pot and drain any excessive juice.
8. Spoon into taco shells and top with favorite taco toppings.
