4 lb chicken wings - thawed
2 stick butter
salt to taste
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup broth
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 cloves minced garlic smashed
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place wings in a 6 quart slow cooker.
2. Salt to taste.
3. Add butter.
4. Cook on High 3-4 hours.
5. Remove wings from slow cooker and if desire broil in oven by placing them on a cookie sheet and cooking until skin crisps. Watch closely.
6. Coat wings in sauce below and serve.
Garlic Parmesan sauce:
1. Blend broth and mayo together well.
2. Add vinegar and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in garlic and Parmesan.
4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
