2 cups of Almond Milk
1/3 cup raw honey
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
*Pinch of ground ginger and/or cloves (optional)
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour mixture into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes but do not let it boil.
3. Serve in mugs with sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
