1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
2/3 cups oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Loaf pan

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine brown sugar, canned pumpkin, oil, eggs and water in a large bowl and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and all of the spices. Mix until combined.
4. Stir dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until combined.
5. Grease your large loaf pan.
6. Pour batter into bowl.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
