2lbs ground beef browned and drained
2 cups beef broth
2.45 oz marinara sauce
1 medium zucchini chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion chopped
4 ribs celery chopped
1 cup radishes chopped
2 cups cabbage chopped
2 tablespoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
garnish: shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions:

1. Put all ingredients except for the garnish in a 6-8 quart slow cooker and stir well.

2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, low for 6-8 hours or until veggies are tender.
