Sauage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Puffs: Submitted by: Wendy R. Cook | Date Added: 28 Jan 2020 Ingredients:

1 package of puff pastry, thawed
7 large eggs
18 uncooked breakfast sausage links
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, scramble the 7 eggs. Set aside.
3. Unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares. You will have a total of 18 squares.
4. Place scrambled eggs diagonal down center of the pastry square. Place one sausage link on top of each pastry square. Top with cheese. Fold two opposite corners of each square over the filling and press edges to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Combine 1 egg and water. Brush each pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle with parsley.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
