1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
2 Frozen bananas
3/4 to one cup cup frozen plain yogurt
Two or Three Dollops of Plain Vanilla Ice Cream
Milk to Thin
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until consistency of a shake. You can substitute any type of frozen fruit. Always remember to keep the bananas, yogurt and ice cream in the recipe. This tastes delicious and is a healthy alternative to a heavier shake.
