3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayo
8 oz cream cheese very soft
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
8 slices crisp bacon crumbled, divided
3 green onions chopped, divided

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Combine mayo and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
4. Mix half of the onions, half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
5. Smother mixture over the chicken.
6. Sprinkle rest of bacon, onions, and cheese over top.
7. Cook low 4-4.5 hours.
8. Serve with slotted spoon or spatula.
9. Enjoy!
