1 lb Nevilles Sausage (of your choice)
3 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 tablespoon pepper

DIP:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon mustard

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Mixture will be crumbly. Add water if needed.
4. Form into 1" balls, squeezing the mixture together.
5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or
until brown.
6. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
7. Serve with sausage balls.
