1 pound of asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
coarsely ground black pepper
1 (3 ounce) package very thinly sliced prosciutto or country ham
1. Prepare grill
2. Mix asparagus with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Wrap 2 or 3 asparagus spears with a slice of prosciutto or
ham to form a small bundle
4. Repeat step 3 for remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
5. Spray grill rack with cooking spray and place bundles on grill
6. Grill about 5 minutes, turning once.
