8 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon water
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water and salt
and pepper until fluffy.
2. Using a nonstick frying pan, melt butter and cook eggs over
low heat, stirring occasionally, until just set.
3. Stir in the cheese just before serving.
4. Cook until you reach desired consistency.
