1 package of prepared peanut butter cookie dough (you may use any peanut butter cookie dough recipe or packaged dough)

1 package of Peanut Butter Cups (bite size) wrappers removed.

cut dough into 10 slices
quarter slices and roll into balls
(if using other cookie dough, roll into small balls)

spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray
place dough balls into pan and bake according to package directions.

When cookies are light brown, remove pan from oven and immediately insert a peanut butter cup into the center. The cookies must cool for a while before they can be easily removed from the pan.
