1 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Shortening
6-7 Tbsp Cold Water
1. Stir in a large mixing bowl the flour and salt.
2. Cut in shortening until the size of small peas.
3. Then stir in 1 Tbsp of cold water at a time until moist.
4. Take the dough out of the bowl and divide in half. Cover 1 half with in foil and set aside.
5. Roll out one half of the dough, starting in the middle and going to the edge.
6. Roll the dough onto the rolling pin and put into a pie bowl.
7. Put any pie recipe on top of the crust and repeat steps 5 and 6 to the crust in the tin foil.
8. Follow the instructions for cooking on you pie recipe.
