1-4z can chopped Green Chilies
1 lb Chorizo Sausage (or your favorite), browned and crumbled
8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Sprinkle green chilies, sausage, and cheese into a sprayed 9 inch pie pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and Bisquick. Pour mixture over the sausage/cheese mixture.
4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until center is set.
5. Serve with Salsa and Sour Cream. Enjoy!
