1 cup Shredded Carrots
3/4 cup Celery
3/4 cup Onions
1 Green Pepper, cubed
1 14.5oz Beef Broth
3/4 cup French Dressing
1. Marinade cube steak in dressing for 2 hours and refrigerate.
2. Shred carrots and cut green pepper, onion and celery into small pieces.
3. Use 3/4 cups water and cook veggies for 8-10 min. Let cool.
4. Take cube steaks and place veggies on the steaks. Roll up like a jelly roll and use toothpicks to hold together.
5. Place in a frying pan with beef broth.
6. Cook on low for 40-45 min.
7. Skim fat from broth and use 1 cup brother. Add 4 Tbsp of corn starch to thicken. Use some Kitchen Bouquet for color.
