1# venison - cubed
3 carrots - diced
4 medium sized potatoes - diced
2 medium sized onions - diced
2 green peppers - diced
1 - V-8 juice 46oz
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet brown meat in a small amount of oil.

Transfer to large pot, cover meat with cold water - just enough to cover meat. Then add remaining ingredients and slowly simmer for 1 hour.
