1 (12 oz.) can of cola
2 lb boneless sirloin tip steak
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons Steak grilling blend seasoning
1 fresh baked loaf of Neville's bread
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 small onions
Mix the cola and 1 tablespoon of the grilling seasoning in big zip lock bag. Add the Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
Fire up your grill to medium heat.
De bag the steaks and press the remaining 2 tablespoons grilling seasoning into both sides of steak.
When the grill is hot, grill the steaks until they're done the way you like them. 5-7 minutes per side for med. rare, 8-10 minutes per side for medium.
Peel the onion and cut in half. Grill, turning and basting them with marinade for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Rest steak for 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy steak, onions and a fresh baked loaf of Neville's bread.
