2 tablespoon butter
2 medium size onion - diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 - 28oz can tomatoes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup beer
3 carrots - sliced thin
1 pkg frozen peas
1 tube refrigerated biscuits
In a skillet brown venison in butter. Then add onions, garlic powder, tomatoes, seasonings and beer. Cover pan and simmer slowly for 1 hour. Stir in carrots and peas. Simmer 15 minutes. Transfer to deep dish pie plate or casserole dish and arrange biscuits on top. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until biscuits are nicely browned.
