Water - enough to barely cover the bottom of your slow cooker
3 tablespoon olive oil
Italian seasonings or flavorings as desired
Salt to taste
1. Barely cover the bottom of your slow cooker with water.
2. Place the turkey in the crock-pot.
3. Place oil between skin, and season as desired.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours, depending on the size of the bird. The turkey is done when the internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached in the breast and thigh.
