Ingredients

5 lbs of hamburger (not lean) or Venison
5 rounding teaspoons (morton tender quick salt)
2 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
2 1/2 teaspoon course black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon Smoked salt Hickory.

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Cover and refrigerator.
3. Take out once a day.
4. Mix well for 3 days.
5. Form in rolls and lay on rack in broiler pan..
6. Bake for 8 hours at 175 Degrees
