2lbs ground beef
1 onion - chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
2 - 15oz can chili with beans
2 - 4oz can mushrooms - drained (optional)
12 - 6" flour tortillas (fajita size)
3 cups shredded cheese
2.25 oz can sliced olives (optional)
6 oz beef broth

Cooking Instructions

1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic and drain.

2. Combine ground beef with tomato sauce, chili and mushrooms.

3. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.

4. Layer flour tortillas to cover the bottom of your crock.

5. Put 1/3 of your beef mixture on the tortillas.

6. Put 1 cup of the cheese of top of the meat.

7. Repeat layers two more times (3 total layers)

8. Top cheese with olives and drizzle the beef broth on top of the casserole.

9. Cover with lid and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 3 hours.
