1 1/2 pound Flat Iron Steak
2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic, about 6 cloves
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice, about half a lime
Extra lime for garnish

Cooking Instructions

1. Rinse the steak and pat dry.
2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and lime juice.
3. Mix to combine. Rub all of the mixture onto both sides of the steak, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Heat up the grill and cook on medium-high until desired doneness.
5. Serve with a wedge of lime.
