3/4 cup butter - softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate cream cheese frosting

1. Cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the sour cream and stir until thoroughly combined.
4. Stir in the baking powder and baking soda.
5. Mix in the flour, one cup at a time.
6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
7. Prepare a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.
8. Pour the cookie dough into the pan and press down flat.
9. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 28-30 minutes (or until golden brown).
10. Allow the chocolate chip cookie bars to cool.
11. Frost with your Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting.
